A BILL to amend and reenact section eight, article twenty-four,
chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of
the Forest Management Review Commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section eight, article twenty-four, chapter five of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
§5-24-8. Commission termination.
The commission shall be terminated on the first day of July,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-two ninety-eight, or until
review of its functions shall be undertaken pursuant to the
provisions of sections nine, ten and eleven, article ten, chapter
four of this code.
